DESCRIPTION
The Tank truck pump 3″ type VP30 Rotary vane – ATEX – pump is suitable for the transportation of liquids in tank trucks.
Such liquids are fuels, lubricants, oils, jet fuels, gasoline, edible oils and various solvents and diluents such as esters, ketones, naphtha, ether, amine, aromatics, alcohols, glicol, hexane and many others. The unique design of the pump that has rotating blades on the rings, enables any kind of liquid to be transported to any viscosity. Moreover, it has excellent automatic suction and drainage capabilities.
The shaft seal is made from VITON seals but can also be supplied with mechanical seals (at request).
Symmetrical axle support on ball bearings (self-lubricated) ensures smooth charging and wear for a long life. The adjustable safety valve (By Pass) protects the pump against excessive pressures.
The bearings are insulated from the transport fluid with mechanical seals to maximise service life and minimise the risk of contamination.
Easy maintenance: The blades can be easily replaced without removing the pump from the piping system. A special double shaft construction (DS = Double Shaft) is placed for easy and fast mounting on left-handed or right-handed Power take off (PTO).
You have the ability to connect to a hydraulic motor through our DSH connector. Flanges 3 ″ (BSPT-F) female threaded (at request welding flanges). Filter-T 3 ” with 4mm stainless steel (INOX) inner filter. Plugs 1/4″ in inlet and outlet for pressure gauge (discharge) and suction (vacuum).
