Our company “Vakpumps” is a manufacturing and trading company that supplies pumps for all kinds of fluids like water, oil and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), tractor pumps, borehole pumps for concrete, vacuum pumps, pumps for trucks etc.
Since 1960, our company has flourished in the field of research, development and manufacture of pumps. We are well experienced and committed to providing you high quality and high reliability products that perfectly meet your ever-evolving requirements as well as advise you on properly installing your pump to perform to its maximum potential and therefore, saving you time and money.
The company Christos Vakalopoulos & Co. OE is the continuation of the factory founded in 1965 by Evangelos Chr. Vakalopoulos. From the beginning of its foundation it was established almost directly in the field of construction of pumps for agricultural use and was one of the pioneers in the construction of pumps and electric motors.
With his studies and designs on pumps, he laid a solid foundation and established himself in the field of pumps, maintaining to this day the name VAKALOPOULOS in the Greek market as a synonym of quality and reliability. The passage of time and the evolving diversity of needs in the market pushed him to manufacture other types of pumps such as gearboxes and fuel pumps with which we are now competing with European manufacturers.
In 1994 the company was transferred to the Sons of the founder Evangelos Vakalopoulos under the name Afoi Vakalopoulos OE who continued the tradition until 2009 where they divorced, each following his own professional path.

Today Christos Vakalopoulos under the name “VAKPUMPS” continues to manufacture and repair pumps with the same designs, models and products, providing an equal product, reliable and branded, maintaining the tradition and name in the Greek market.
Our company has been at your disposal for 50+ years to advise you on the correct installation and operation of pumps. Our well-equipped and trained staff also undertakes the receipt and repositioning, after the repair, of any type of pump to supply you with spare parts in any part of Greece or abroad.
All our products are manufactured entirely in Greece in Greek foundries, their processing is done by Greek machine shops and they are assembled and checked in Greece, thus giving our products 100% Greek Added Value.
Our company implements a quality management system according to the EN ISO 9001: 2008 standard and all our products are covered by a two (2) year warranty.
