Tank truck pump 2-1/2″ – VP25

Description

The Tank truck pump 2-1/2″ type VP25 is a rotary volumetric vane – ATEX – pump suitable for transporting liquids in truck tanks. Such liquids can be liquid fuels, lubricants, oils, jets, gasoline, edible oils and various solvents and diluents such as esters, ethanes, ketones, ethers, ethers glycols, hexane and many other similar liquids.

The unique design of the pump with rotating blades (vane) on the rings, allows the transfer of any kind of liquid to any viscosity. Moreover, it has excellent automatic suction and drainage capabilities.

It holds excellent possibilities for automatic suction and emptying of pipes.

The shaft is sealed with VITON gaskets but can also be delivered with mechanical stampers (sealed). Our shaft’s symmetrical support on ball bearings (2RS self-lubricating bearings) ensures smooth loading and wear for a longer life.

The adjustable safety valve (By Pass) protects the pump against excessive pressures.

The bearings are isolated, from the transported liquid, with seals to maximise the service life and minimise the risk of contamination.

Easy maintenance: The blades can be easily replaced without removing the pump from the piping system.

The product is specially constructed with a double shaft end (DS = Double Shaft) for an easy and fast installation in tanks with transmission (PTO), counterclockwise or clockwise.

Optional connection to a hydraulic motor through our connector (DSH).

3 ″ Flanges (BSPT-F) with female thread or custom welders (at request).

Filter-T with 3’ thread in the inlet and stainless steel perforated sheet 4mm

Plugs 1/4″ in the inlet and outlet of the pump for installation of pressure gauges (manometer) and suction gauges (vacuum).
