NEPTUNE – Horizontal Monoblock Pump
Pump designed to meet the needs of feeding small filter presses.
The application of an anti-abrasive rubber tube between the pump outlet and the fixed pipework to the filter press is recommended as an anti-vibration device and for easier installation.
Since this type of pump is not self-priming, it must operate under head.
Designed for extremely heavy duty, they are highly reliable and cost-effective thanks to their exceptional robustness.

WALF – Hydrocyclones Pump
Guaranteeing high flow rates and high heads, they are ideal pumps for use in the industrial and tertiary sectors.
They are used in the feeding of hydrocyclones in the treatment and inert washing sector and in all areas where abrasive and/or acidic liquids need to be transferred.
The bodies and impellers can be cast with superalloys of high mechanical abrasion resistance (hardnesses of approx. 800 HB), or coated with special anti-abrasive rubber compounds.

Delta – Double Stage Horizontal Pumps
Studied and designed to feed filter presses; they can be supplied with single or double speed motors, with pump-motor coupling via belts and pulleys or with direct coupling via coaxial coupling.
Depending on the versions, a range of flow rates is available, ranging from 100 lt/min to 10,000 lt/min with indoor pressures up to 16 bar.
The bodies and impellers can be made of super alloys or spheroidal cast iron coated with special anti-abrasive rubber compounds.
The suction inlet is positioned so that the sludge does not come into direct contact with the mechanical seals, the latter made of tungsten carbide, drained with water and protected by a pressurized barrier chamber.
The functionality of the bearings is guaranteed by lubrication in an oil bath.
